Kerry Sourasis
Senior Financial Adviser
With experience in finance and banking dating back to 1980, Kerry has spent most of her life in financial planning and management, the exception being the two years she spent teaching in the TAFE system.
Since 2001, Kerry has narrowed her focus to individual and corporate financial planning, building even more experience managing superannuation, retirement funds and property investments. Kerry’s main focus is on helping her clients to create their wealth, and then protect it so they can maintain and extend their lifestyle options right into retirement.
Away from the office, Kerry particularly likes good wine and food, and good company. Her favourite spot to get away to is Europe, especially the Greek island of Kos, where she was born.

Michael Firrito

Thomas Morris

Thomas has worked in the financial planning industry since 2011, starting his career as a Paraplanner. During this time, he gained valuable experience working with, and assisting senior advisers with the construction of complex financial strategies on behalf of clients, providing these strategies in the form of Statements of Advice and Records of Advice.
In early 2018, Thomas joined Strategic Financial Planning where he became Authorised as a Financial Adviser. He is able to assist with superannuation, retirement planning and account based pensions, self-managed super funds, wealth accumulation, transition to retirement strategies, aged care planning, social security (including Centrelink & DVA), budgeting, wealth protection and estate planning.
Thomas first got into financial planning with a goal of ensuring the financial security in individuals and families. Therefore, in every strategy he takes pride in providing particular care and empathy for his client’s stated needs whilst never losing sight of the overall financial objectives.

Chelsea Bawden
Accountant
Chelsea joined the Strategic Group in 2012 as an accountant, following 13 years working in the family business.
Chelsea brings with her over 20 years accounting and tax preparation experience. She is dedicated to focusing on business services, payroll and providing personalised accounting to each client, based on their individual needs as well as fostering the relationships she has established over time.
Chelsea enjoys catching up with family, friends and shopping in her spare time.

Lai Teng Chin

Lai Teng is a senior financial analyst providing business and financial analytical support. Lai Teng has a Master’s degree in Finance and previously worked for IBM in Malaysia. Lai Teng moved back to Australia in 2016 to further pursue her passion within the world of finance at Strategic Financial Planning. She strongly believes that a positive mindset, core values and strength play a very valuable role in working through life’s challenges. Patience, persistence and perseverance are her strengths, which she draws on daily in all aspects of her life, be it work or play.
Zoe Jess
Client Services Manager
Zoe has cherished her diverse roles as a personal assistant over the last 20 years. Zoe joined the Strategic family in early 2011 as PA to the Founder Jason Sourasis. Her role has evolved over the years and she enjoys working and assisting the directors and all departments across the Strategic Financial Group. She is committed to her client relationships and to providing excellent customer service. Zoe is dedicated to delivering excellent service to the practices clients and establishing long term relationships with them along the way. Zoe is an avid tennis fan & player and has not missed an AO in years. Like most of her co-workers, she loves good wine and fine food.
Zoe has now continued her role as a personal assistant with Jason Sourasis at Strategic. She loves tennis and like most of her co-workers, she loves good wine and fine food.

Jasmine Davis
RECEPTIONIST
Jasmine Davis is the Receptionist at Strategic Financial Group. As the first port of call in our busy office her infectious smile will welcome you at the front desk as she assists with the smooth, organised and efficient running of the office and provides a positive and friendly experience for our clients and partners alike.
Dedicated and organised Jasmine also assists with accounts and working on various administrative tasks for the firm.
In her spare time Jasmine enjoys, shopping, socialising with her friends and watching her beloved Tigers.
